KinesteX provides a range of services (hereinafter referred to as 'Services'), including but not limited to an AI-powered fitness training application and a software development kit (SDK) for creating fitness experiences. These Services offer features such as personalized training plans, real-time feedback during workouts, and tracking of fitness metrics. By using any of KinesteX's Services, you (hereinafter referred to as 'You,' 'Your') agree to these terms and conditions ('Agreement'). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
